"PIF" and Groceries

My name is Wendy, I am came from Pasadena City College in California.
 
Here is my story:
 
In a parking lot of a supermarket, I saw a pregnant woman was carrying five bags of groceries. It looks very heavy. I went up there to help this woman to carry some of the groceries to this woman’s car. She thanked me. I introduced myself to her. I briefly explained the Pay It Forward idea to this woman. She told me that this was the first time that she heard about this idea. She states that she will help other three people.
